FACH S.A. Automation Manufacturing Plant was established in 1953 and has been continuing Cieszyn’s automation manufacturing traditions for almost 60 years. The Plant is a well-known (both in the domestic and international markets) designer and manufacturer of automation products for cooling, heating and air-conditioning systems, like solenoid valves, cooling and LPG system fittings. The business activities of the company cover comprehensive manufacturing technology and services of:
blast cleaning,
application of coatings with galvanizing methods: zinc, tin and nickel plating,
calibration of measuring and control equipment.
Our customers are provided with professional services and technical support.
The company is a very efficient player in the contemporary market economy – we are a leading national manufacturer of automation solutions for the cooling and heating business and a major exporter of products to international markets.
The priorities of the company include the implementation of innovative technical solutions and continuous development within the areas of operations, sales, organization and technology and production in particular.
The company provides services to approx. 500 customers, which include international corporations.
The qualifications of the company have been proven since 1999 with ISO certificates. The most recent certificate has been obtained in 2009 to confirm the compatibility of the Quality Management System with ISO 9001:2008 standard.

Wereldwijd opererende familieonderneming in tweede generatie
De wereldwijd opererende, onafhankelijke familieonderneming werd in 1964 door Fritz Müller opgericht en is met zijn innovatieve producten en klantspecifieke oplossingen overal ter wereld hét adres op het gebied van de besturing van procesmedia.
GEMÜ wordt als familieonderneming in tweede generatie door de directeur-aandeelhouder Gert Müller en zijn neef Stephan Müller geleid.

De beide directeuren Gert Müller en Stephan Müller maken zich sterk voor innovatie en slaan met GEMÜ de weg naar de toekomst in. In het licht hiervan heeft de onderneming in oktober 2018 met inevvo solutions een start-up-onderneming opgericht, die de kansen die de digitalisering biedt volledig benut en Industrie 4.0-oplossingen zoals het RFID-gebaseerde CONEXO-systeem verder ontwikkelt en op de markt brengt. Maar ook op productgebied getuigen onderscheidingen zoals de „ACHEMA Innovation Award“ evenzeer van de innovatiekracht van de onderneming als nieuwe opleidingsconcepten, waarbij een zelf ontwikkeld Virtuell Reality Training wordt toegepast.
Meer dan 2200 medewerkers wereldwijd
De ondernemingsgroep heeft momenteel wereldwijd meer dan 2200 medewerkers in dienst, van wie meer dan 1200. in Duitsland. De productie vindt op zes locaties plaats: naast de productielocaties in Duitsland produceert GEMÜ zijn producten in Zwitserland, Frankrijk, China, Brazilië en de VS. De wereldwijde verkoop vindt via 27 dochterondernemingen plaats en wordt vanuit Duitsland gecoördineerd. GEMÜ beschikt over een uitgebreid netwerk van dealers in meer dan 50 landen en is op elk continent actief.
