A complete hydraulic cylinder must contain the following basic components: the main structure is the cylinder block and cylinder head, and the cylinder block is also often called the cylinder barrel; the second is the piston and the piston rod, which are the core components to achieve reciprocating motion; and finally the starting point. Sealing device, buffer device and exhaust device with certain auxiliary functions. In actual use, hydraulic cylinders do not necessarily need to be equipped with buffer devices and exhaust devices. Whether they are needed is mainly determined based on specific application scenarios and user needs.

The hydraulic cylinder is mainly composed of a hydraulic cylinder barrel, a piston, seals, hydraulic oil and pipelines. Its working principle is based on Pascal's law, and it realizes linear or swing reciprocating mechanical motion through the transmission of hydraulic oil.
