Glastechnik Kirste KG is an innovative company located on a historic site in Remda Germany, near Erfurt, Ilmenau and Jena. "Working with technical glass" is an over 100 year old tradition in the region between Jena and Ilmenau. Notable work, in terms of scientific equipment and the production of technical glass, exists in Jena. The results of the cooperation between Friedrich Schiller University of Jena and the local Otto Schott Institute contribute into our development of new products.
This knowledge is put into practice by our employees and is linked to their long-term experience in the following topics:
