Heating installation - Raxofix
Installing heating systems comfortably and economically - that is what the Raxofix plastic piping system makes possible. At the ISH 2013, Viega is presenting new flexible radiator connection blocks and the practical pre-assembled connection fitting for radiators.
Raxofix-Exzentroflex for low floor constructions and fast installation
The Ezentroflex insulation is available for heating installations up to a dimension of 20 mm. Due to its rectangular outer shape and low installation height, it can be integrated directly into the impact sound insulation and effectively reduces the installation and material costs. Due to the exact fitting there are no cavities that have to be filled with dry fill.
 
Preinsulated Raxofix pipes are available in the following designs:

• with eccentric flex insulation in 9 mm insulation thickness for requirements according to EnEV, Annex 5, Table 1, Line 7 (in floor construction against heated rooms of different users) (Model 5304.1),
• with eccentric flex insulation 100% for requirements according to EnEV, Annex 5, Table 1, Line 1 (against unheated rooms or ground) (Model 5304).

 
Pre-insulated crossing tee
The Fraunhofer Institute for Building Physics in Stuttgart has certified the floor structure with crossing T-piece and Ezentroflex insulation for radiator installation in accordance with DIN EN ISO 140-8 as having an impact sound improvement value, which in many cases allows the crossing T-piece to be integrated into the floor structure without continuous impact sound insulation.
 
Raxofix press ring - where it gets tight
In assembly practice, space conditions are often particularly restricted. The combination of articulated draw jaw and press ring provides the ideal installation solution. For the Raxofix plastic piping system press rings available in the following sizes:

• press tool Pressgun Picco: 16 to 32 mm (in a practical case: Model 5396.4)
• Press tools Pressgun 4B and 4E or the new Pressgun 5: 16 to 63 mm.

 
Repair coupling - simple, practical, good
Repairs and extensions in rigid conduits are possible with the "extractable" repair coupling possible quickly and with little effort: cut out pipe section, mount coupling on one side, bridge required pipe length by pushing it apart and press connections.
