Precise temperature monitoring for induction heating

Monitor your heating processes and ensure the quality of your products. We equip your induction heating process with infrared radiation pyrometers in the temperature range 50 to 3,000 °C.

Himmelwerk pyrometers are based on the latest developments in optoelectronics. We only use the latest technologies, processes and materials. Thanks to the proven alternating light method, we achieve very good long-term stability and insensitivity to temperature shocks.

For precise alignment to the measuring point, a light beam aiming device with LED is available for short measuring distances and a light beam aiming device with laser for longer distances.

In addition to our own pyrometers, which are specially adapted to the Himmelwerk HF inverters and MF inverters, products from other pyrometer manufacturers can also be combined with our generators to monitor your heating process.

Our standard portfolio covers operating frequencies from 4 kHz to 3,000 kHz and power ratings between one kilowatt and 250 kW. On request, we can also develop customized solutions for systems outside our core portfolio.
