In the laboratory, the equipment can be found under the electron microscope and in the production of clean room conditions. These can be important in hospitals when dangerous germs have to be isolated. In the steelworks, vacuum is used in casting to avoid blowholes and in the heat treatment of metals. For construction projects planned under the groundwater line, groundwater must be lowered during the construction phase. This can be achieved with powerful vacuum systems. Steam jet vacuum pumps remove gases and vapours from processes. To achieve higher performance, several pumps are connected in series. The structure should always strictly adhere to the operating instructions.
