As the founder of the company, I have been working in the food and mechanical engineering industry for almost 20 years. During this time, I have worked both as a technical manager in various companies and as co-owner and managing director of my own companies.
Particularly in the beverage sector, we have realized numerous projects in the field of filling systems, factory planning and project planning together with our experienced employees and continue to do so successfully. With the competent and long-standing colleagues we have met in the course of our professional activities, we have founded Technik Sistem Proses Makine Sanayi ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. and started our business activities.

• Stainless steel tank production: Water tanks, storage tanks, process tanks, CIP tanks, concentrate tanks, milk tanks, fruit juice tanks, chocolate tanks, agitator tanks, insulated tanks, pressure tanks and double shell tanks
• Stainless steel piping, process and CIP units and automation work
• TIG welding, overhaul and conversion work
• Construction of water and beverage plants: preparation of projects and technical specifications, selection of machinery and auxiliary equipment, project planning for all tank, pipeline, ozonation and treatment plants, building planning, preparation of tender documents, modernization and capacity expansion of existing plants, source search, sampling and approval of water, planning and production of barrel and transport pipelines and supply of water to the factory.

Maximum workable tube range: Ø 250 and 200 × 200, with a maximum bar weight of 41 kg/ml, automatic loading / unloadingOur serviceis tailored to diverse industrial needs, with thefollowing processing and assembly:

For production, we maintain a constantstock of raw materials, such as:
Sendzmir galvanized sheet metal: thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 5 mm Pre-painted sheet metal: thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm in various standard RAL colors AISI3402B stainless steel sheet metal, 1.2 mm up to 3 mm (other grades and thicknesses available upon request)
Black sheet metal: thicknesses from 1.5 to 20 mm
Galvanized pipes (thickness: 3 mm – 4 mm - 5 mm; dimensions: 80x80 -100x100 -180x180 mm and others)
Aluminum

All processed components aresubject to strict quality control procedures and full traceability (useof a labeling/barcode system) that guarantee their final quality.

- UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system)
- UNI EN ISO 1090-1:2009 + A1:2011(CE marking of processes, conformityof steel and aluminum structures), including UNI EN ISO 3834 (qualityfor fusion welding of metallic materials)
