Our production began in 1990: back then, we produced in a month what we do today in one day. As the company has grown and expanded with new facilities, it has remained true to its principle of constant concern for quality for the entire product line. The company has more than 50 employees.

Year after year, our company follows its goal: to provide Russians with unconditionally high quality yet affordable products. Having gained respect and status of the leading manufacturer in the pasta category, we systematically increase our capacities and expand our assortment. Today BAISAD produces more than 30 types and shapes of pasta, baking flour, as well as a whole range of confectionery products.

Production facilities

BAISAD Group is one of the undoubted leaders in terms of production volume. Our facilities are located at modern enterprises in Kashira and Lukhovitsy. Two Italian lines, launched at the Kashira factory in 2015, together produce up to 200 tons of pasta per day. In addition to pasta production, the Group has a grain elevator and flour milling complex, as well as confectionery shops where we produce fondant candies, biscuits and cupcakes with a variety of fillings.

Advanced technologies in industries

Our pasta is produced on European lines FAVA and PAVAN, which are designed and set up by Italian specialists. Modern, fully automated equipment ensures a continuous technological cycle and precise conformity of products to the specified recipe. The Group also owns a modern UNORMAK mill complex for the production of baking flour and coarse grinding raw materials.

In addition to domestic standards, our enterprises are certified according to the international HACCP system, which guarantees complete safety of food production and high qualification of its employees. This is also confirmed by the results of independent inspections and regular audits by federal retail chains, which trust BAISAD to produce their own brands of pasta.
