Shuangfeng County Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (“SCCM”) is a professional factory specializing in high manganese steel castings with the annual production capacity of 15,000 tons.
Founded in 1985 and renamed in 2010, SCCM, covering an area of 40,000 square meters, is located in Chaofeng Industrial District, Shuangfeng municipality, Hunan province, China.
In order to strengthen commercial operation and integrate domestic/ foreign trade business of the factory, Hunan Xiangjian Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. (“HXMT”) was formally established in 2019 to coordinate and take charge of the product sales business of SCCM.
SCCM/HXMT, with plenty of advanced equipments and complete testing technology, owns international quality system management certifications as ISO9001. We have registered a trademark named “Xiangjian” which, to a certain extent, represents the highest level of provincial foundry enterprise.
We are mainly engaged in producing wear resistant parts and alloyed products. Details are as follows:

- Cone Crusher Parts (Concave, Mantle, Feed Plate, Torch Ring, etc.);
- Ball Mill parts (Ball Mill Liner, Steel Ball, etc.);

According to our customers’ requirement, our products can be mainly made of the following materials:
- High manganese steel;
- High, medium and low chrome steel; and

SCCM/HXMT has experiences in providing superior spares supply and maintenance service for Metso, Sandvik, and have established long-term cooperative relations with a number of famous domestic crushing plant. Our products cover across the country, and have been exported to Southeast Asia, Africa, Australia and Japan.
SCCM/HXMT owns our professional drawing engineers. According to actual objects, the factory can be committed to drawing/modeling, manufacturing and processing with the processing range from 1kg to 50,000kg and a maximum size of 5m*5m*5m.
SCCM/HXMT has a full set of steel casting and iron casting equipments, large-scale processing equipments and various related inspection means. Now we are using advanced Sodium Silicate Sand model and Dissolved Mold Casting technology which realize a smooth surface and balanced internal structure for our products.
