ALL IN ONE Multiple Function Hobbing Machine
With nearly 40 years of experience in worm gear and worm manufacturing, Regal Precision Machinery successfully launched the world's first multi-function CNC worm milling machine, which integrates rolling, chamfering, key-way milling and grinding wheel slotting. When the worm is processed, the work-piece can be clamped once to complete the tooth rolling, remove the acute angle, and the key-way. The dual-lead thread is also processed in one time, with good precision and high efficiency. All features are patented in the United States, Germany, Japan, Korea, Taiwan and China, also qualified with CE certification.
The machine adopts an optimized inclined saddle body structure design, with high rigidity and non-deformation characteristics, which effectively minimizes tool processing vibration, greatly improves work-piece accuracy and processing surface fineness, and reduces tool loss. The hydraulic chuck is matched with the hydraulic tail-stock, which makes the loading and unloading of the work-piece more convenient and less time-consuming. It can also be equipped with a robot for automatic loading and unloading, 24 hours of uninterrupted production
The first tool holder is applicable for machining worm, single-lead worm, dual-lead worm, CAVEX processing, conical worm and a stainless steel screw. Processes 6,8,10 grooved spline shafts, with automatic indexing design, also eliminate the trouble of manual indexing. All kinds of worm machining can be accomplished with one-time work-piece clamping, while ensuring the accuracy of the worm, shortening the working hours, and greatly improving the machining efficiency. The cutting modulus is M0.25~M10. What is surprising is that as long as the diamond milling cutter is installed on the first tool holder, the grinding wheel grinding wheel can be grooved, which solves the pressure of the multi-specification inventory of grinding wheels in the gear processing industry. It provides options for upgrading processing equipment for global worms, indexing plates, tool magazines, auto parts, and aerospace parts.
The second tool holder can perform the function of removing the acute angle of the thread, and can also process the key-way and milling polygonal molding. The acute angle of the thread generated by the first tool holder can be quickly removed by the second tool holder, which improves the processing quality, reduces the working time and saves Labor costs.
The Syntec Computer Controller equipped with a 10.4-inch color LCD screen, the clear interface makes the controller easy to learn and operate. The dialogue function interface allows easy program editing even user are not familiar with G codes. It is also equipped with an electronic hand wheel, making it more convenient to set up and calibrate.
The machine uses material S45C, modulus M3, length 50 mm, precision 5µ/100 mm to complete the worm gear rolling process. It can be completed in 130 seconds, which is better than the Japanese and German models on the market. It has won the Japanese KHK and been selected as the favorite brand of Taiwan GSA & indexing plate leading enterprises.
