We are able to look back on a long history of understanding. Acquisition of a majority stake in the Rolling Bearing Factory ISKRA Joint Stock Company by one of the biggest rolling bearing manufacturers in the world, the Japanese concern NSK. Continuation of the activity at the Special Tool Plant.

PERI wurde 1969 von Artur Schwörer gegründet. Der Unternehmensname leitet sich von der griechischen Präposition "peri" (deutsch: um, herum) ab. 40 Jahre später zählt das familiengeführte Unternehmen mittlerweile zu den 50 Top-Unternehmen in Bayern, die in den letzten Jahren ein überdurchschnittliches Mitarbeiter- und Umsatzwachstum erzielt haben.
