Its production activities began in 1991 with the investment of the Sanat-VA-Madan Bank and transferred to the private sector through a public auction.
IPMC consists of two units of powder production and production of industrial parts by powder metallurgy method. At this time, IPMC is the largest producer of iron powder in the Middle East with a production capacity of more than 8000 tons per year. Our powder products include a variety of iron alloy powders, bronze powder, and copper powder. Also, in the parts production unit, more than 500 types of parts have been produced for more than 120 customers in various industries such as automotive, home appliances, agricultural machinery, and others.

Today, the SM Sächsisches Metallwerk Freiberg GmbH is one of the leading companies in the field of nonferrous metal foundry, due to many years of experience, expertise, and increased production depth. · Continuous casting up to OD 162mm
· Centrifugal casting up to OD 660mm

· Machining pre-turning, finish-machining

Our production is subject to permanent control in order to assure the high quality standards of our continuous casting products. Apart from an analytical control of the cast materials by means of a Spectrolab, the mechanical characteristics of the casting alloys are also verified and statistically evaluated. If requested, each delivery can come with an analysis or acceptance certificate.
The further improvement of our product quality is achieved by a continual refinement of the production processes and investments in new equipment.
Our company is certified according to the norm DIN EN ISO 9001.
