Die Dornburger Kunststoff-Technik GmbH wurde im Oktober 1990 gegründet. Sitz der Gesellschaft ist Dorndorf-Steudnitz, ca. 10 km nördlich von Jena im Bundesland Thüringen, im Saaletal direkt unterhalb der Dornburger Schlösser. Unter der Nummer HR B 2857 erfolgte die Eintragung in das Handelsregister des Amtsgerichts Gera.
Kundenorientriert, flexibel und umweltbewusst
Unserer Kunststoffverarbeitung stehen derzeit Spritzgießmaschinen im Schließkraftbereich von 750 bis 8000 kN zur Verfügung. Im Schichtbetrieb werden vielfältige auch kundenspezifische Kunststoffteile mit Artikelgewichten von 1 bis 4000 g produziert.
Außer PVC wird eine breite Palette thermoplastischer Kunststoffe verarbeitet. Wir umspritzen Metallteile, montieren komplexe Baugruppen oder arbeiten die Etikettierung direkt ins Produkt ein (IML).

As part of ongoing product development, in 2003 Evergrip brought its manufacturing skills and knowledge to a design requirement for a new railway platform decking system, again made from composite materials. Working closely with Network Rail, this exciting design is now tested, approved and in service and is set to bring about a revolution in platform surfacing solutions. Our newest development, now in progress, is the remodelling of the existing wooden trestle platform substructure in GRP.
