FTW- Fertigungstechnik Weißenfels GmbH, hervorgegangen aus dem Vorrichtungsbau Weißenfels, gegründet
1948, ist unser Unternehmen heute ein Produzent von NC-Teilgeräten, NC-Drehtischen
mit Direktantrieb- (Torquemotor) und Servoantrieb, NC-Teiltischen,
Mehrachsschwenksystemen, Palettenwechslern, kundenspezifischen Einsatzlösungen
zur Teilebearbeitung für Werkzeugmaschinen und Bearbeitungszentren.
Dem stetig steigenden Anforderungen an Reduzierung von Taktzeiten und Positionierzeiten in Bearbeitungszentren und Werkzeugmaschinen Rechnung tragend, liefert FTW Fertigungstechnik Weißenfels GmbH heute mehr als 75% aller Rundtischeinheiten als Erzeugnisse mit leistungsstarken Torquemotoren aus.
Zu unseren
zahlreichen Kunden im In- und im Ausland zählen viele bedeutende Hersteller von
Werkzeugmaschinen und Bearbeitungszentren, aber auch Anwender, für die wir oft
kundenspezifisch orientierte Lösungen entwickeln und liefern. Unsere
Mitarbeiter arbeiten auf ca. 6.300 m² Fertigungsfläche in teilweise
klimatisierten Fertigungsbereichen an hochmodernen Ausrüstungen und
Arbeitsplätzen, um den Anforderungen unserer Kunden nach termin- und
qualitätsgerechter Lieferung gerecht zu werden.

60 years of DEMMELER - a success story
The success story of our internationally successful family-owned company began when the 19-year old Ludwig Demmeler laid the foundation in 1961: In his small workshop, he worked as a subcontractor for nearby industrial businesses. Today, 60 years later, DEMMELER is an expanding and technologically strong company in the field of mechanical engineering with around 250 employees. As a hidden champion, the company in Heimertingen develops and manufactures products in the field of clamping and welding technology, rotary tables, tool changing systems based on robots and machine tool components.Innovations that have become the standard for trade and industry have always shaped our company's successful history. Already by 1990, DEMMELER set the standards on the market as the inventor of the 3D clamping system: Originally intended for the company's own production, the device system proved to be a quantum leap in metal processing and today is an international industrial standard due to the many possible applications and combinations.

Die Firma Fermat wurde im Jahre 1993 gegründet.
Derzeit hat das Unternehmen 8 Einzelnfirmen in Mittel- und Westeuropa, in denen ca. 400 Mitarbeiter beschäftigt sind, die sich mit Entwicklung, Produktion von Bohr- und Fräsmaschinen, sowie Vertrieb der Bearbeitungs- sowie Werkzeugmaschinen
beschäftigen.
Die Fermat – Gruppe ist in vielen Ländern in der Welt tätig und neben Maschinenhandel bieten wir unseren Kunden auch Umbau von Bohr- und Fräsmaschinen, Pressen sowie Schleifmaschinen.
Die Gruppe stellt auch Kooperationsproduktion samt Wärmebehandlung von Werkstücken sicher.

Oil swivels:
We manufacture the oil passages in Italy, and we also do this on a customer-specific basis.
Our draughtsman creates drawings based on the dimensions specified by the customer.
We then send a step file for verification, after which we proceed to manufacture the feed-through, better known as a swivel.
Our oil feed-throughs are a solution for applications where hydraulic hoses cannot easily be fed through and even a rotating part still needs to feed through the oil.
This can also be done with a slip ring through which we feed electricity. (slip ring)
Hydraulic motors:
We are the agent in the Netherlands for VINCKE motors.
Experience has shown that our motors are a good alternative to Danfoss, for example.
The prices are considerably lower and the quality is very good.

Cooperation with the customer:
For us, the rule that the customer is king still applies.
We work together with the customer on a new design for the machine or on a modification.
By thinking along with the customer, we often arrive at the right solution.
We discuss the drawing and the step file with the R&D department.
We then have the chosen solution (new product) manufactured and generally deliver this new first shipment within 14 weeks.
Of course, we already have many models in stock that we can deliver immediately.
