Die SVZ Maschinenbau GmbH wurde 1999 von den drei Geschäftsführern Walter Volz, Matthias Zaiss und Sieghard Schwarz gegründet. Alle Beteiligten blicken auf eine langjährige berufliche Erfahrung bei verschiedenen Verpackungsmaschinenherstellern wie z.B. der Firma Schubert und Rovema zurück.
Schwerpunkt des Unternehmens ist der Bau von Kartonaufrichtern, Verdecklern, Roboterzellen, Sondermaschinen und Werkzeugen für den Verpackungsbereich. Aufgabenstellungen, die mit herkömmlichen am Markt verfügbaren Maschinen nicht bearbeitet werden können, sind SVZ-Spezialitäten.
Der Umbau und die Anpassung bestehender Maschinen auf ein neues Format ist hierbei ebenso Standard wie die Entwicklung und der Bau einer speziellen auf ein Produkt abgestimmten Linie. Hauptkunden sind in diesem Bereich große Konsumgüterhersteller wie Lindt & Sprüngli, Brandt und Unilever.
Im April 2013 wurden mit dem Umzug in eigene, moderne und wesentlich größere Räumlichkeiten weitere Kapazitäten geschaffen.

Unsere Maschinen und Anlagen sind auf Langlebigkeit, Modularität und Flexibilität ausgelegt. Wir geben Ersatzteilgarantie für mindestens 10 Jahre, aber wir haben auch noch Ersatzteile für Maschinen aus dem Jahre 1962...

Wir unterteilen unsere Maschinen je nach Behälter einerseits und Aufgabenbereichen andererseits. So fertigen wir Füllanlagen für Tuben, für Tiegel, Flaschen und kosmetische Behälter wie Lipgloss, Nagellackfläschchen und Mascara. Für den Labor- und Technikumsbereich sowie für Klein- und Versuchsserien stehen Ihnen unsere Tischfüll- und Verschließmaschinen zur Verfügung - bis hin zur kompletten Tischfülllinie.
Und für Sonderaufgaben fertigen wir "Projektlinien" - Anlagenstraßen für ganze Aufgabenbereiche nach Sonderwünschen und Vorstellungen unserer Kunden.
