Die ALLFI AG Wasserstrahl-Schneidtechnik existiert seit 1991, die Ausrichtung auf die Hochdrucktechnik erfolgte Anfang 1995. Nach 1996 begann die fokussierte Marktausrichtung auf das Segment Wasserstrahlschneiden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurden nebst der Sortiments-Philosophie «von der Hochdruckpumpe bis zum Schneidstrahl» auch die Engineering-Philosophie unserer Produkte definiert, die sich bis heute an den erkannten Anwenderbedürfnissen ableitet:

• verlässliche, gleichbleibende Wartungsintervalle zur Erhöhung der Prozesssicherheit
• erhöhte Standzeiten der Verschleissteile zur Verminderung der Anlagen-Stillstände
• einfaches, komfortables Handling der Komponenten und der Wartungsmassnahmen
• reduzierte Betriebskosten zur Erhöhung der Konkurrenzfähigkeit des Wasserstrahlschneidens

Damit wollen wir auch in Zukunft als Komponentenlieferant und Dienstleister sowohl für die Hersteller von Wasserstrahl-Anlagen und Hochdruckpumpen wie auch Anwendern des Wasserstrahlschneiden eine führende Rolle spielen.

Nevertheless, thanks to the experience accumulated throughout the years, and the desire to adapt to the necessities of the clients, TECVAL also fabricates customised and valves in exotic alloys. For that reason TECVAL puts at your disposal a wide range of possibilities to satisfy the most specific demands: sea water resistant alloy valves, high pressure endurable valves, multi-way distribution valves, special dimension or connection valves or high corrosive fluid valves.

For more than 30 years, our sister company, Heimberger GmbH from Oberderdingen, has been producing 2/2-way solenoid valves and has achieved the highest level of competence in this field over the course of time. With the founding of the company H+ fluid GmbH in 2020 by the Heimberger family, the company is now entering the big stage of valve manufacturers with its own product. The wish of our long-standing customers to act as a direct supplier and to bring the reliability and quality that you are accustomed to in other areas of Heimberger GmbH to the field of valve manufacturing has thus been fulfilled. 100% family-owned, we are a classic example of a healthy German medium-sized company with great ambitions!
Our focus is on the further development, assembly and distribution of 2/2-way valves. A first milestone is the move into the new premises in Bretten-Gölshausen in spring 2021, so that nothing stands in the way of sustainable production. Thanks to the very efficient and reliable workflows and processes, our company has already been able to convince many major customers and nothing more stands in the way of strong, sustainable growth.
