Forschung & Entwicklung
Das Kernstück einer Gleitringdichtung ist der Dichtspalt. Durch Reibung entsteht dort Verschleiß und Wärme. Alle anderen Komponenten der Dichtung müssen so angepasst werden, dass der Verschleiß minimiert und die entstehende Reibungswärme optimal abgeführt wird. In unserer Entwicklungsabteilung wenden wir moderne Meß- und Berechnungsmethoden wie Thermographie (siehe Bild), Finite Elemente Methode (Animation) und CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) an, damit zuverlässige und langlebige Dichtungen entstehen. Langzeittests unter Praxisbedingungen sind für uns eine Selbstverständlichkeit.

Im Jahr 1972 gründete Horst Geppert die Geppert Rührtechnik.
Seitdem befassen wir uns mit der Entwicklung, der Konstruktion und der Herstellung von Rühr- und Mischwerken.
In dieser Zeit wurden durch Neuentwicklungen eine Reihe von Maßstäben gesetzt.
Mit der frühen Einführung computergestützter Konstruktion und konsequenter Qualitätskontrolle ist der Name Geppert Rührtechnik zu einem Begriff für Qualität, Flexibilität und Zuverlässigkeit geworden.
Jedes unserer Produkte wird vor der Auslieferung einem Testlauf unterzogen und entsprechend testiert.

As a medium-sized company, Zettl provides outstanding, bespoke engineering solutions for machines and systems in mechanical and thermal processing technology. Collaborating with highly skilled and innovative partners for prestigious customers, Zettl has been excelling for sixty years now. Our core products include paddle dryers, mixers, granulators and processing plants.
