PERGANDE Gesellschaft für industrielle Entstaubungstechnik mbH was founded in 1974, originally as a firm that designed and built high-capacity fine-dust filters. Within just a short time, this enterprise became one of the most important manufacturers of filter systems in Europe, and has continued to build on and enhance this position.
In 1990, the product line was expanded through the acquisition of a further production facility (VTA Gesellschaft für Verfahrenstechnik und Apparatebau).
Thanks to the increased production space (over 25,000 m2) and the investments made in the following years, significant quality assurance advances and increases in production were achieved, particularly in the area of special equipment. We can manufacture all systems and system components out of virtually any special material, e.g. 1.4301 through 1.4571, Hastelloy, Inconel, titanium, aluminum, etc., in accordance with the very latest in leading-edge technology.

We plan and build complete fluid bed, fusion and rotary granulation plants including packaging systems and suspension-concentrate systems to meet specific customer needs. These production facilities are available to serve our customers’ needs on a contract basis. Today, our enterprise is among Europe’s most successful in this sector as well. And with a planned investment volume of € 28 million, we are committed to extending our lead even further.

Die dokumentierte Geschichte der industriellen Tätigkeit ist mit dem Jahr 1738 verbunden, als der Kanzler Jan Malachowski auf dem Gelände des Kesselanlagenwerkes in Staporkw ein Hochofen zur Eisenverarbeitung gebaut hat. In der Zwischenkriegsperiode existierte hier die „Staporkow- Hütte“. Um ihren Bedarf zu decken , hat man in der Gegend Eisenerzgruben „Stanislaw“ und Edward“ erbaut.
Nach dem II. Weltkrieg hat man auch die Grube „Stara Gora“ gebaut, die man anfangs siebziger Jahre liquidierte. Damals entstanden Bergbau-, Metallwerke „Staporkow“ und ab 1976 kraft Beschluss des Ministers für Industrie, Schwer-, und landwirtschaftlichen Maschinen- entstanden KESSELANLAGENWERKE „STAPORKOW“ . Grundprofil der Produktion wurden damals : mechanischen Roste, Rostantriebe und Entschlackungsanlagen.
Die wirtschaftlichen Umwandlungen in Polen, ende der 80-ger haben unsere Firma dazu angeregt, den Produktionsbereich nicht nur für die Heizwerke sondern auch für die Metallbranche zu entwickeln.
Ab 1.03.1995 wurde die Firma in Einmanngesellschaft mit Anteilen des Staates umgestaltet. . Im September 1995 wurden die Aktien in die Nationale Investitionsfonds eingetragen. Der führende Fonds war die Nationale Investitionsfonds namens E. Kwiatkowski.
Ab 2002 Eigentümer der Gesellschaft ist die STALMAX. Ab August 2007 wir die Firma an der Wertpapierbörse in Warszawa notiert.
Mit den Eigentumsumwandlungen zusammen wird in den letzten Jahren in den Maschinenpark, Entwicklung der Herstellungstechnologie sowie in berufliche Weiterbildung der Mitarbeiter ständig investiert, dank dessen immer ambitionsvollere Aufgaben aufgenommen werden können. Dazu gehören: Ausbreitung des Produktionsprofils um die Luftschutzanlagen.
