Die BOLZONI AURAMO Gruppe entstand im Jahre 2001, als die 1945 gegründete Bolzoni S.p.A. die Firma Auramo OY, gegründet 1947, übernahm und mit ihr fusionierte.
Die Gruppe profitierte von einer außergewöhnlichen Wachstumsrate und ist heute der größte Hersteller von Gabelstapleranbaugeräten in Europa.
Die Bildung der Gruppe ist ein großer Schritt nach vorne gewesen, auf dem Weg zur Publikumsgesellschaft, im Juni 2006.
Die BOLZONI AURAMO Gruppe bietet das umfangreichste Produktsortiment auf dem Markt und stellt führende Ausrüstungen für Material- und Forstproduktenumschlag, sowie kundenorientierte Lösungen für spezielle Anwendungen bereit.

Griptech is an europe-wide supplier of high quality and innovative accessoiries for forklift trucks. Both hydraulic and mechanical attachments as well as weighing and camera systems are part of the delivery program. With telescopic forks we are the world market leader and a valued partner of forklift dealers and manufacturers. For the fork adjustments Griptech has developed a guidance system with protected and integrated adjustment cylinders ('integra' system). The combination of telescopic forks with the 'integra' system offers unique advantages. In the field of camera systems the manufacturer Orlaco is our partner.
With the dedicated and customer-oriented team we manufacture and distribute the accessory program. With all product groups we are able to offer a suitable solution for almost all areas of application. Due to the specialization of our technicians we can offer a time-saving assembly of our camera and weighing technology. The calibration of the weighing technology and instruction in operation and handling by Griptech offers many advantages.
