Gegründet wurde OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH 1982 in Mönchengladbach – In einem europaweiten Netzwerk kümmern sich rund 250 Mitarbeiter um alle vertrieblichen Aufgaben. Im Zentrum für Service und Vertrieb unweit der NRW-Landeshauptstadt laufen alle Fäden für Robotertechnik, Schweiß- und Schneidstromquellen, Zubehör usw. zusammen.
Als einer der weltgrößten Hersteller von Robotern, Lichtbogenschweiß- und Schneidmaschinen sowie Komponenten für die Automatisierung der Schweißtechnik und des Materialhandlings entwickelt und projektiert die OTC DAIHEN EUROPE GmbH schlüsselfertige Automatisierungslösungen und bildet das Bindeglied zu Systemhäusern und Händlern.
