GRW ist einer der weltweiten Technologieführer im Bereich der Entwicklung und Fertigung von hochpräzisen Miniaturkugellagern.
Hochpräzisionskugellager von GRW werden mit einer Bohrung von 1 bis 35mm und einem Außendurchmesser von 3 bis 47mm gefertigt und finden überall dort Verwendung, wo höchste Präzision, Funktionalität und Qualität auf kleinstem Raum benötigt wird.
Das Produktspektrum umfasst neben Radial-Rillenkugellager und Spindelkugellager auch Lagereinheiten, Duplexkugellager, Profillaufrollen, Dünnringlager, Hybrid- und Vollkeramikkugellager, Axialkugellager sowie beschichtete Kugellager jeweils in metrischen und inch-Abmessungen.
Neben den hochpräzisen Standardlösungen fertigt GRW auch „Customized Solutions“, darunter verstehen wir individuell auf den Kunden angepasste Sonderlösungen für den Einsatz unter Extrembedingungen.
Kugellager von GRW werden µ-genau in den Toleranzklassen P0 bis P2 bzw. ABEC1 bis ABEC9 gefertigt und unter Reinraumbedingungen der Klasse 10.000 (ISO 14644-1) montiert.
Höchste Ansprüche bei der Auswahl der Rohstoffe ermöglichen eine gleichbleibend hohe und reproduzierbare Qualität. Unser Streben ist es, mit schnellen Lösungen und hochwertigen Produkten langfristig zu überzeugen.
Verwendung finden die Miniaturkugellager in der Luft- und Raumfahrtindustrie, Dental- und Medizintechnik, Lebensmittelindustrie, Analyse-, Mess- und Regeltechnik, Industrietechnik, Vakuum-Anwendungen und im Sonderanlagenbau.
Der Produktionsstandort in Rimpar ist Stammsitz des Unternehmens und zusammen mit dem in Tschechien angesiedelten Montagewerk sowie zwei Vertriebsniederlassungen in den USA Garant für die Innovationskraft und das fachliche Know-How des Unternehmens.
