Die Sozietät Kraft & Friederich GbR wurde am 01.
Oktober 1998 gegründet.
In ihr erfolgte der Zusammenschluss der bis
dahin als Einzelkanzleien geführten Rechtsanwalts- und Steuerberatungskanzlei
des Rechtsanwaltes und Steuerberaters Klaus-Jürgen Kraft einerseits und der des
Rechtsanwaltes und Fachanwaltes für Steuerrecht Götz, Th. Friederich, LL.M.
andererseits.
Die Gründung der Sozietät folgte dem im Bereich
der wirtschafts-, steuer- und rechtsberatenden Berufe zu beobachtenden Trend,
eine möglichst umfassende und qualifizierte Beratung in den genannten Bereichen
aus einer Hand zu erhalten. In diesem Zusammenhang wurde es möglich, eigene
Dienstleistungsangebote und Spezialisierungen eines jeden Sozietätspartners
durch Nutzung des bei dem jeweils anderen Sozietätspartner vorhandenen Fach-
und Spezialwissens auszuweiten.
