Die Firma Automatendrehen Bohren Schleifen GmbH & Co. KG (kurz ABS)
ist aus der A. Besch GmbH Automatendreherei entstanden. Im Jahre 1961
wurde das Unternehmen A. Besch GmbH in Wadern-Lockweiler gegründet und
befasst sich seitdem mit dem Herstellen von Drehteilen in mittleren und
grossen Serien.

Das Unternehmen
Wir sind Spezialisten für Metallverarbeitung und Herstellung von hochpräzisen Metallteilen. Ursprünglich aus dem Bildröhrengeschäft stammend hat sich die matino gmbh auch anderen Herausforderungen wie zum Beispiel die Herstellung von Teilen für die Automobilindustrie gestellt. Weitere Absatzmärkte wie der Consumer Markt oder die Medizintechnik wurden ebenfalls in den letzten Jahren erschlossen.
Durch den hauseigenen Werkzeugbau, sind wir ebenso in der Lage die dafür notwendigen Werkzeuge herzustellen.
Von der Konstruktion, über das Durchführen von wichtigen Arbeitsgängen wie CNC-Fräsen und Drahterodieren bis zur abschließenden Qualitätskontrolle ist die matino gmbh mit Technik und Know-How bestens gerüstet.
Die matino gmbh erfüllt die gängigen Qualitäts- und Umweltnormen und ist nach DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 sowie DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 zertifiziert.
Eine weitere neue Produktsparte besteht seit 2005 in der Herstellung von Latentwärmespeichern in Zusammenarbeit mit der Firma Rubitherm Technologies GmbH.
