• Wir entwickeln Gummi-Formartikel aus Metallformen mit einer Größe bis zu 1000 x 2000 mm.
• Wir haben unseren eigenen Formenbau.
• Wir fertigen Gummi-Freihandartikel in Handkonfektion, d.h. Produktion von Gummiteilen in besonderen Abmessungen, als Einzelteil bis ca. 1500 mm Durchmesser und bis zu 3500 mm Länge (größer auf Anfrage).
• Wir vulkanisieren im eigenen Autoklaven durch Dampf- oder Heißluftvulkanisation oder mit anderen werkstoffspezifischen Verfahren.
• Wir produzieren alle Artikel auf Wunsch auch in kleinen Stückzahlen.

Darüber hinaus ist COOP! im Bereich der Profiltechnik und Dichtungstechnik, sowie der Klebetechnik und der Blasformtechnik (z.B. Wischwasserbehälter) angesiedelt.
