Die im Juli 2009 neu gegründete Bühler Würz Kaltwalztechnik GmbH vereint die jahrzehntelange Erfahrung der Würz-Unternehmensgruppe mit dem technischen Know-how des bekannten Kaltwalzanlagenherstellers Bühler & Co. GmbH. Das traditionsreiche Unternehmen hat in seiner über 125jährigen Historie Anlagen für über 1.000 Anwendungen in den Bereichen Automobilindustrie, Medizintechnik, Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik und den erneuerbaren Energien geliefert.
Die Würz-Unternehmensgruppe, deren Kernkompetenzen mechanische Präzisionsteile, Komponenten und Werkzeuge für die spanlose Umformung sind, erweitert mit dem neuen Gruppenmitglied ihr Angebotsspektrum erheblich. Neben umfangreichen technischen Produktionsmöglichkeiten profitieren Kunden vom hohen Qualitätsniveau und zahlreichen Synergieeffekten. Das Produktionsportfolio umfasst neben modernsten Kaltwalzanlagen, wie z.B. Drahtreduzier-, Flach-, Profil- und Bandwalzwerke auch komplette Fertigungslinien sowie Schweißdrahtanlagen (FCW).

The family-owned company DEGUMA-SCHÜTZ GmbH is a medium-sized machine manufacturer. We have specialised in manufacturing, overhauling and modernising equipment for the rubber and plastic processing industry.
Worldwide, the demand for rubber and plastic products is on the rise and so is the need for production machinery.

Die MaTech Maschinen & Technik GmbH Gummiverarbeitungsmaschinen, ist spezialisiert auf den Maschinenbau für die Gummitechnik , Elektrotechnik und Fördertechnik auf dem Gebiet der Gummiherstellung und Gummiverarbeitung.
Wir entwickeln Maschinen und Anlagen zum Kühlen, Schneiden und Fördern von Gummi und Kautschuk, sowie den Gummi-Mischprozessen.
Die Entwicklung unserer Maschinen für die Gummiverarbeitung und Gummiherstellung erfolgt in enger Zusammenarbeit individuell mit unseren Auftraggebern und für sie, von der Projektierung bis zur Inbetriebnahme als Turn-Key-Projekt.
Im Laufe der Zeit hat sich die MaTech auf die Reparatur, Instandhaltung und Modernisierung der Technik für Mischbetriebe spezialisiert. Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeit sind dabei Gummi-Walzwerke jeder Größe, Kalander sowie Innenmischer. Entsprechend der Wünsche unserer Kunden modifizieren wir deren vorhandene Maschinen für die Gummiherstellung und Gummiverarbeitung und ergänzen diese durch in eigener Fertigung entstandene Zusatzkomponenten. Ergänzt wird unser Dienstleistungsspektrum durch die Ingenieurtechnische Entwicklung und Fertigung von Anlagen und Ausrüstungen, die wir Ihnen als Neumaschinen, gefertigt nach individuellem Einsatz- und Verwendungszweck, anbieten können.
