Über 50 Jahre Erfahrung und Erfolg im ArmaturenbauLOHSE Stoffschieber für die Papier- und Chemische Industrie
Bereits lange vor dem eigentlichen Start unserer Schieberentwicklung und -produktion im Jahre 1962 waren wir Partner der Papierindustrie. Als Hersteller von Stoffbütten, Behältern und Maschinenteilen waren unsere Spezialisten immer präsent, wenn es um die Lösung von Schwierigkeiten bei unseren Kunden ging. So war es nur eine logische Konsequenz, sich auch mit den Problemen der Absperrtechnologie bei Faserstoffen zu befassen.
Die gesamte Weiterentwicklung unserer Stoffschieber beruhte immer auf einer engen Abstimmung mit den Experten von Papier- und Papiermaschinenherstellern. Diese Evolution begann mit reinen Graugussschiebern, ging über die mit Edelstahl ausgekleideten Schieber bis hin zu den heute zeitgemäßen Armaturen aus korrosions- und säurebeständigem Edelstahl. Die parallel dazu entstandenen Rejectschieber, die speziell für problembehaftete Stellen in der
Altpapier-Aufbereitung konzipiert wurden, sind inzwischen zum Standard in Recyclingpapierfabriken geworden.
Mittlerweile sind wir der einzige namhafte Hersteller von Stoffschiebern mit einem servicefreundlichen zweigeteilten Gehäuse. Alle anderen gaben diese Bauart aus Gründen der Herstellungskosten auf und haben heute nur Armaturen mit einteiligen Gehäusen. Doch nur wenn das Gehäuse einer Armatur zweigeteilt ist, ist ein einfachster Verschleißteileaustausch möglich. Zusätzlich hat das einteilige Gehäuse einen weiteren Nachteil: der Zwischenraum zur Aufnahme der Schieberplatte im Gehäuse muss gusstechnisch relativ groß sein und somit steigt die Gefahr des Vollstopfens und des Entwässerns von Papierfasern. Genau dies wird durch die engen Toleranzen zwischen der Schieberplatte und der gleitfreundlichen Kunststoff-Innenschale bei unserem Schieber verhindert. Das Ausräumen der Schieberführungen erfolgt über eine speziell geformte stabile Schieberplatte. Ein durchdachtes System zum Anbringen der Zubehörteile und der Antriebe - das bei uns als LOHSE-Baukastensystem zu finden ist - ist ein weiterer Vorteil unserer Konzeption.
