We are a second generation family business with locations in Lostorf and Grenchen.
Thanks to the continuous development of our products and processes, we are setting new standards and enabling our customers to achieve technological and economic progress.
Since 1984, we have been manufacturing test systems and fine-pitch adapters for assembled and bare circuit boards. In our own test center, we test several million PCBs per year, of which the largest is in the fine-pitch range. Long-term experience as well as the applied synergy from adapter construction, mechanical engineering and test center enable us to meet the highest quality requirements.
As a supplier of efficient automation solutions and robot integration, we draw on our many years of experience in the areas of visual recognition and the most accurate positioning of workpieces. Our customer-specific automation systems are well-thought-out, simple and intuitive to use as well as qualitatively excellent processed products.

Test and assembly machines for electronic components and products
ENGMATEC GmbH is globally present as a market leader in the field of test and assembly machines for electronic components and products.
The mechanical engineering company implements automation solutions for the most different production processes, from assembly to packaging. The portfolio ranges from test connectors over single workplaces, rotary tables and semi-automatic lines up to fully automatic complete solutions.
In addition to the assembly mounting the systems are often equipped with integrated measurement and test systems. Our special strength lies in the combination of automated or manual assembly processes with integrated test technology.
The field of measuring and test equipment includes standard modules for in circuit test and functional test (test adapters, test fixtures, in-line test systems), temperature testing systems and test plugs.
In addition, an extensive board handling program for printed circuit boards, soldering frames and workpiece carriers complements the product range:

• PCB loader/unloader
• Handling systems

• Marking- and recognizing-units

Our equipment provides 100% process control by using high-value sensor technologies, e.g. force/displacement monitoring and vision systems. To ensure continuous traceability, the relevant process data of all assembly and test processes are acquired and sent to a higher data acquisition system.
As an automation specialist with a great deal of experience in process development and system planning and implementation, ENGMATEC offers its customers extensive engineering services. A team of highly qualified employees strive to fulfill all customer requirements.
Focal points are the areas of telecommunications, automotive industry, computer engineering, household appliances and equipment, activities in RF and RV engineering and entertainment electronics.
The company, based at Lake Constance, covers the full spectrum of services from design to service and maintenance.

ein Team erfahrener Techniker und Ingenieure, das seit 1996 die
Genauigkeit Ihrer Messgeräte auf die bei der Physikalisch Technischen Bundesanstalt (PTB)
bewahrten Nationalen Normale zurückführt.
Unser Kalibrierlabor ist nach der Norm DIN ISO 17025:2005 für Prüf- und
Kalibrierlaboratorien im Bereich "elektrische Gleichstrom- und
NF-Größen" akkreditiert (DKD-K-13701). Die hier einbezogenen Messgrößen
und deren Messunsicherheiten sind in Anlage 08 der Akkreditierungsurkunde
enthalten. Wir passen uns den technischen Entwicklungen an und erweitern unser
Prüfspektrum kontinuierlich.
Ab dem 10. Juli 2013
ist KSW Kalibrierservice authorisierter Partner für Rigel Medical Geräte. Wir
führen Kalibrierungen, Justierungen, Updates und Reparaturen in unserem Haus
durch.
