ForTest plant und erzeugt seit über 20 Jahren Geräte zur Prüfung von Dichtheit und Durchfluss. Unser Ziel war nie nur der reine Verkauf. Die neue Serie M ist das Ergebnis unserer anhaltenden Bemühungen um Zufriedenheit der Kunden. Es handelt sich bei dieser Serie nicht in erster Linie um eine neue Produktpalette, sondern vielmehr um eine echte Revolution im Bereich der industriellen Kollaudierung.
M steht für Mega. In der Klasse der Messgenauigkeit bildet diese Bezeichnung nur den Ausgangspunkt einer langen Planungsgeschichte, deren Anfänge auf das Jahr 2004 zurückgehen, und die es sich zum Ziel setzt, das derzeit maximal Mögliche an stabilen, genauen, robusten und periodischen Messungen mit Hilfe der besten Messsensoren, der modernsten, von uns patentierten Techniken, der sichersten und effizientesten Software-Algorithmen und der betriebssichersten Komponenten zu erzielen.
Heute ist M jedoch auch gleichbedeutend mit einem “völlig neuen Ansatz im Bereich des Testing“. Durch die Software- und Hardwaremodule (beruhend auf der Analyse einer umfangreichen Datenbank für Anwendungen und praktische Lösungen, die im Laufe der Zeit gewachsen ist), aus denen die gesamte Produktpalette besteht, kann der Kunde selbst durch einfaches Anklicken die für seine Anwendung maßgerechte Lösung planen.

In addition, it is possible to store and evaluate the last 100 measured values (min / max values, average, standard processing). Flow meters PMF01: Multitalent for various tasks
Our PMF01 series flow meter has also established itself as a robust test system on the market. The models are used for the measurement and classification of air flows (leaks in the automatic production process) and convince with multi-channel capability and compact design. The special design and the availability of 32 different test programs also enable the realization of individual Solutions. The PMF01 models can measure larger mass flows, simultaneously at several test sites. In this case, the mass flow method is used as a measuring principle, in which the measurement can be carried out at low or high pressure. For the purposes of testing, the measurement curves of the individual channels can be graphically displayed on the integrated LC Display. These flow testers are equipped with two RS232 interfaces as standard. Optionally a computer connection via 3964R or ASCII is possible.
