Die ALLFI AG Wasserstrahl-Schneidtechnik existiert seit 1991, die Ausrichtung auf die Hochdrucktechnik erfolgte Anfang 1995. Nach 1996 begann die fokussierte Marktausrichtung auf das Segment Wasserstrahlschneiden. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt wurden nebst der Sortiments-Philosophie «von der Hochdruckpumpe bis zum Schneidstrahl» auch die Engineering-Philosophie unserer Produkte definiert, die sich bis heute an den erkannten Anwenderbedürfnissen ableitet:

• verlässliche, gleichbleibende Wartungsintervalle zur Erhöhung der Prozesssicherheit
• erhöhte Standzeiten der Verschleissteile zur Verminderung der Anlagen-Stillstände

Production Facility: Product molding workshop is equipped with 4-12 meters large semi-automatic molding machine, double-station semi-automatic molding machine, mechanical human glass fiber spraying machine, robot coating spraying machine, automatic edge cutting machine ,360 degree automatic flip inverted water machine, digital display double head saw, CNC drilling and milling machine, CNC bending machine, high-speed cutting saw, PU spray foaming machine, etc. More in line with each workshop to formulate standard operating procedures, from product molding → reinforcement → cylinder opening → assembly → testing → packaging, each stage of strict implementation, so that each product produced to meet the standard.

Brands: MEXDA, ANGESI and FACESPA are the three major brands of “Yuehua”. MEXDA was assessed as "Guangdong Famous Brand".

Certificates: Products manufactured by “Yuehua” have passed the inspection of the State Quality Inspection Administration and comply with the national standard. The products have passed the European Union CE certificate, Australia SAA certificate, US ETL certificate. Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Filter screens and weaving reeds from Baden-Württemberg The company was founded in 1951 by Karl Küfner. Right from the very beginning, the firm manufactured weaving reeds, the production of filter screens starting up two years later. Today, Karl Küfner KG is an owner-managed family company with over 300 employees at two sites.
