Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.

If necessary, manufactured devices can be professionally assembled on site with the help of VCA-certified employees.

Due to the many possible uses of stainless steel and our knowledge of the diverse processing options, we are also represented in the field of interior and garden design.

Die KERAFOL® - Keramische Folien GmbH wurde 1985 gegründet und beschäftigt z.Zt. ca. 200 Mitarbeiter. Wir entwickeln und produzieren keramische Folien für vielfältige Anwendungen über ein spezielles Herstellungsverfahren. Die daraus produzierte Folie kann sowohl ungesintert als Endprodukt eingesetzt (z.B. Wärmeleitfolien) als auch zu planaren gesinterten keramischen Bauteilen unterschiedlichster Geometrie weiterverarbeitet werden.
Auf Grund der jahrelangen Erfahrungen mit oxidischen und nichtoxidischen keramischen Materialien (wahlweise auch vom Kunden bereitgestellt) hat sich die KERAFOL® GmbH zu einem Spezialisten für keramische Folien und einem bedeutenden Hersteller von technischer Keramik entwickelt.
Auf modernsten Produktionsanlagen werden keramische Folien in einem kontinuierlichen Verfahren hergestellt. Sie können als Endlosware oder aber bereits vereinzelt in Dicken von 80 µm bis zu mehreren Millimetern bezogen werden.
Kerafol® hat in den letzten Jahren ein breites Spektrum an Produkten entwickelt. Keramische Folien kommen in verschiedensten Anwendungsgebieten zum Einsatz (Mikroelektronik, Thermal Management, Filtration, Sensorik, SOFC-Brennstoffzelle, LTCC-Technik, ... ).
