Wir sind ein Unternehmen der Filtrations- und Separationstechnik, das im Jahre 1938 durch Fritz Faudi in Oberursel (Taunus) gegründet wurde.
Heute sind wir aktiv unter FAUDI GmbH mit den beiden Produktbereichen Coolant (Kühlmittelaufbereitung) und Process (Chemie-Petrochemie).
Im mittelhessischen Stadtallendorf sind sämtliche Aktivitäten wie Entwicklung, Konstruktion, Herstellung, Service und Vertrieb dieser Bereiche konzentriert. Sie als Kunde erwartet hochwertiger Anlagenbau made in Germany, natürlich inklusive aller wichtigen internationalen Zulassungen und Zertifikate.

Die Filtertechnik Weida GmbH ist ein mittelständisches Unternehmen, ausgerichtet auf die Herstellung von Filter- und Förderanlagen für die Metallverarbeitende Indusrie. Bereits in der Planungsphase beginnt die enge Zusammenarbeit aller Partner, wo bei wir unseren Kunden mit technischen Know How, modernen Fertigungsverfahren und qualifizierten Personal zur Seite stehen. Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

An unserem Standort in Marburg a.d. Lahn beschäftigen wir uns mit der Auslegung, Projektierung, Fertigung von Filter und Abscheider, sowie mit dem Vertrieb von Zubehör, Filterelementen, Filterkörben, Filterkerzen und sonstigen Ersatzteilen.
Die Produkte aus C-Stahl können durch Innenanstrich, Innengummierung oder Sonderbeschichtungen gegen Korrosion geschützt werden.
Die Auslegung, Konstruktion, Fertigung und Abnahmen erfolgen individuell nach Kundenanforderung.
Die Fertigung erfolgt nach der Druckgeräterichtlinie 97/23 EG sowie
ASME-Code VIII ohne U-Stamp.
Abnahmen durch TÜV, Stoomwezen, Ö-Norm, Lloyd´s Register, Norske Veritas, Germanischer Lloyd etc.
