Seit Gründung im Jahre 1991 konzentrierte sich das Unternehmen ausschließlich auf die Entwicklung, Fertigung und Vertrieb von Wellenlötanlagen. Als 1995 Electrovert, Weltmarktführer im Wellenlöten, einen Partner für die Produktion kleiner und mittlerer Anlagen suchte, entwickelte sich eine langjährige Zusammenarbeit. Die für Electrovert entwickelte Neupak setzte neue Maßstäbe: Flexibilität, Löt-Performance und die PC-Steuerung waren damals einzigartig und begründeten den weltweiten Erfolg der Neupak Wellenlötanlage.

SEHO entwickelt und fertigt Lötmaschinen für die Elektronikindustrie. Auf dem Gebiet des bleifreien Lötens hat SEHO Pionierarbeit geleistet und ist in verschiedenen Forschungprojekten aktiv dabei.
