Seit 1990 projektiert, konstruiert und fertigt die ALZ GmbH sowohl Rippen- und Glattrohrwärmeaustauscher als auch komplette Luftkühleranlagen und luftgekühlte Kondensationsanlagen für Turbinenabdampf (LUKO).
Als modernes, mittelständisches Unternehmen verfügen wir nicht nur über das notwendige Know How sondern auch über eine große Flexibilität. Unser Ziel ist es stets, die Anforderungen und Wünsche unserer Kunden optimal umzusetzen.
Besonderen Wert legen wir auf eine kompetente Beratung hinsichtlich thermodynamischer, strömungstechnischer und konstruktiver Fragen und auf eine hohe Fertigungsqualität. Das komplette Engineering und die Wärmeaustauscherfertigung werden daher komplett an unserem Standort in Dorsten durchgeführt.

Engineering
Unsere Engineeringleistungen richten sich nach den speziellen Anforderungen unserer Kunden. Sie reichen von der Beratung in der Planungsphase über die thermodynamische Auslegung bis hin zur Erstellung von kompletten Berechnungs-, Konstruktions- und Fertigungsunterlagen. Bezüglich der Konstruktion der Druckbehälterkomponenten kümmern wir uns um alle Klärungen mit der zuständigen benannten Stelle.
Besonderen Wert legen wir auf eine fachspezifische Beratung in thermodynamischen, strömungstechnischen und konstruktiven Fragen.
Die Berücksichtigung nationaler sowie internationaler Regelwerke und Kundenstandards ist für uns selbstverständlich.
Wir arbeiten durchgängig mit professioneller Software anerkannter Hersteller. Für die thermodynamische Auslegung ist dies die HTRI Exchanger Suite. Die Herstellung der Konstruktionsunterlagen erfolgt mit Autocad Inventor.
