A.Hermann GmbH & Co. Leistungsspektrum Seriennahe Prototypenteile und Kleinserien in höchster Präzision dürfen die Kunden von Hermann BLECHTECHNIK in Schorndorf erwarten. Der Traditionsbetrieb begann vor über 60 Jahren mit der Herstellung von Fernmeldeeinrichtungen. Heute wird er bereits in dritter Generation geführt. Durch langjährige Erfahrung, laufende Modernisierung und eine große Fertigungstiefe, ist das Unternehmen in der Lage fertige Komponenten in Blech, von der Entwicklung bis zur Serienreife in kürzester Zeit zu liefern und viele unterschiedliche Probleme rund um die Blechfertigung zu lösen. Dies beginnt bei der Konstruktion mit modernen 3D-CAD Systemen. CAD Daten werden direkt weiterverarbeitet und in Maschinenprogramme zur Bearbeitung umgesetzt. Auch Fremddaten können eingelesen und weiterverarbeitet werden. Hierbei werden dem Kunden Lösungsvorschläge unterbreiten und mit Rapid-Prototyping-Methoden in Funktionsmuster umgesetzt. Im hauseigenen Werkzeugbau können Hilfswerkzeuge schnell hergestellt werden. Durch die moderne CNC Blechfertigung werden anschließend seriennahe Teile in kurzer Zeit gefertigt. Dem Kunden ist es nun möglich wichtige Rückschlüsse auf die Großserie zu erhalten. Aber auch bei komplexen Entwicklungsprojekten ist Hermann Blechtechnik beteiligt. Teile für Hybridantriebe wie Cu-Stromschienen und EMV-Abdeckungen werden bei Hermann Blechtechnik für die neueste Generation der Elektroautos nach Kundenwunsch Entwickelt, Muster und Prototypen erstellt, sowie die Vorserienmodelle geliefert. Für neuartige Kommunikationsmodelle im Auto und öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln werden bei Hermann Blechtechnik die Blechgehäuse mit allem drum und dran Konstruiert ausgetestet mit den Kunden abgestimmt, verbessert und bis zur Serienreife gebracht und dann auch gefertigt. Das E-Bike ELMOTO hier ist es gelungen ein Kleinkraftrad zu entwickeln, das sich durch außergewöhnlichen Fahrspaß und Design stark von allen bisher bekannten E-Bikes und E-Rollern absetzt. Das Elmoto W500 basiert auf einem leichten und hochfesten Aluminiumrahmen, der es ermöglicht, die Kraft der Nabenmotoren fast verlustfrei in Beschleunigung umzusetzen. Aufgabe für HermannBlechtechnik war es nach Designvorgaben das Kleinkraftrad vom Prototyp bis zur Serienreife zu bauen. Der Streetstepper, eine völlig neuen Art der Fortbewegung, wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit den Erfindern weiterentwickelt und zur Serienreife geführt. Das Aufgabengebiet reicht dabei von der Konstruktion über den Prototypenbau bis zum Produktionsmanagement Für die IAA wurde von Hermann Blechtechnik ein komplettes Chassis eines 1,5l-Autos nach den Vorgaben der Entwickler gebaut . Eine weitere Firma vervollständigte das Fahrzeug zur Fahrtauglichkeit. • Für die Tochterfirma HOT CHILI, die hochwertige Mountainbikes herstellt und vertreibt, wird an Neuentwicklungen und an deren Umsetzung mitgewirkt. • Entwicklungen, für Crash-Versuchsteile, Blech und Kupferteile für Neuartige Hybrid-Antriebsaggregate werden ebenso hergestellt wie Teile für Oldtimer -Fahrzeuge. Hermann Blechtechnik fertigt für seine Kunden alle anspruchsvoll geformten Blechteile vom Muster bis zur Serie. Um Projekte dieser Art in kurzer Zeit realisieren zu können, ist ein hohes Maß an Flexibilität, Know-how im Blechbereich und eine große Fertigungstiefe notwendig. Diese Eigenschaften bietet Hermann Blechtechnik allen Kunden. Dresden - cradle of the camera industryDresden - one of the birth places of the camera industry. PENTACON has a long history, starting in the early 20th century.
The
first time the company did business by the name PENTACON was in 1964
when several companies in the area in and around Dresden were unified.
The name comes from the Pentaprism of modern SLR cameras and the early brand name Contax, which was the predecessor before world war II. After the company merger the state-owned PENTACON became the biggest employer in the region and in 1980 around 9,000 people worked for PENTACON.Part of the Jos. Schneider groupIn 1990, parts of the company trust were sold to the Jos. Schneider group
in Bad Kreuznach and from then on is subsidiary of one of the leading
enterprises in the fields of optics. In 1997, the present PENTACON GmbH
has beend founded and employs ca. 125 people.From the medium to the large scale productionWith
decades of experience in precision engineering and the processing of
metal and plastics, PENTACON continously invests in production
technology. Starting with turret lathes and small size grinding
machines, we step-by-step enhanced our capabilities. New technologies
had been tested and so, change towards a large scale production has been
completed.
Today, PENTACON uses
various Swiss turning machines, chained puncture milling machines for
extruded parts and INDEX machines for large batch optical parts.High quality plastic injection moldingAlso
the plastic injection molding had been an integral part with PENTACON
for several decades. After 1997, we started with standard production on
machines with clam forces of 50-150t but quickly enhanced our
activities in this field. Using the experience in manufacturing
cameras, PENTACON specialised in coating of inserted parts. Optical and
medical plastic products, which require clean room production are part
of our portfolio just like two-shot parts are in large scale batch

camera manufacturing is still part of PENTACON. Here, we have
specialised in developing and manufacturing system solutions for
industrial partners and concentrate on digital scan cameras with high
resolutions.
Also the developing of
industrial image processing systems offered new possibilities to
monitor the own production as well as external production to secure
high quality requirements and downsize costs. Today we are a respeced
partner for the inspection of synchronizing rings, the inspection of
surfaces for scratches, blowholes and fissures as well as the
inspection of boreholes and threads.DAkks accredited measuring and calibration laboratoryTo
support the quality control, PENTACON installed an own measuring
laboratory. By the end of the 1990s, we applied for an accreditation at
the German Accreditation Body for gauge blocks. Since then we are
undergoing annual revisions for the accreditation and earn the required
certificates. We continously enhance our service portfolio and also
counsel external partners as a measurands calibrator.
