In 2003, the plant celebrated its 50th anniversary. Half a century of traditions is quite long in the Polish context, but still not long enough as compared to European aluminium companies from Germany, Italy or France, whose traditions date back to the end of the 19th century. However, the employees of the former ZML Kęty and of the present Grupa Kęty were able to make up for lost time and learn quickly; as a result, they remarkably reduced the technical and technological gap between their company and European leaders. Next year, Grupa Kęty will celebrate another round anniversary of its foundation ― the 60th. Only when browsing partial financial results for 2012 and completed projects, it seems that the plant celebrating its 60th anniversary is in its best ever shape. It is expecting record-breaking sale revenue (1.51 billion PLN) and EBITDA at 223 million PLN. And by 2015, pursuant to the adopted development strategy, the company wants to increase its sales to 1.9 billion PLN and EBITDA to 325 million PLN.

HARTMETALL ESTECH AG, seated in Hitzkirch in Swit- zerland, manufactures cemented carbide blanks and hard metal tools ground to tolerances for different markets such as automotive, aeronautics, mechanical engineering, packa- ging industry, plastic processing, communication, electro- nics, medical technology, food processing and chemical in- dustry. Our cemented carbide grades are used in punching, die-cutting, forming and pressing tools, as slide rings, nozz- les, bushings, guides, cutting and machining tools, for wear protection, and in special tools.

Sepal S.p.A. ist schon seit 1973 in Bereich Aluminium-Stangpressprofilen tätig.
Wir haben zwei Produktionsstädte: eine in Gussago (Hauptsitz, Produktion und Büro) und eine in Lograto (Produktion) . In Lograto, seit 2012, sind wir in einem wichtigen Industrielle Projekt beschäftigt. Wir werden bis Mitte 2013 zwei neue Presse (1870 Tonnen mit Ø 178 mm und mit Ø 152 mm ) im betrieb haben und innerhalb 2 Jahre ein Eloxal- und ein Beschichtungswerk.
Gegenwärtig haben wir die folgende 3 Presse im betrieb:

• 1350 Tonnen Ø 152 mm
• 1630 Tonnen Ø 178 mm
• 2500 Tonnen Ø 203 mm

Wir haben eine Produktionskapazität von 20.000 Tonnen/Jahr und 70 Tonnen/Tag
Wir verwenden die folgende Legierungen: 6060, 6082, 6005, 6063.
Wir sind in der Lage Profilen mit Gewicht, von 50Gr/Mt bis 10 Kg/Mt und mit folgenden
Profildimensionen

• Offene Profilen mit Breite bis 220mm und Hohe bis 30mm
• Rohrprofilen mit Masse bis 160x160mm

Wir übersetzen Ihre Zeichnungen in funktionalen Werkzeuge und erreichen damit das optimale Produktionsniveau.
Durch die hohe Genauigkeit der Werkzeuge erreichen wir minimale Toleranzen.
Unser Fertigungsprozess ist voll automatisiert, von der Entnahme des Materials bis zum Endprodukt.
Die Profile werden während und am ende der Produktion geprüft und sorgfältig kontrolliert.
Unser Qualitätssystem ist laut UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 bescheinigt. Damit erreichen wir maß genaue und zuverlässige Produkte.

Sepal S.p.A. works in the field of the aluminum extrusion since 1975.
Actually Sepal has two production units: one in Gussago (Bs), where are located the headquarter and the offices, and one in Lograto (Bs). Here, since begin 2012, we are involved in an important industrial project.
Until the may 2013 we will have two new 1.870 ton power presses ( Ø 178 mm and Ø 152 mm) and we are planing
the introduction of an anodizing plant and of a painting plant.
Actually we have three active presses

• 1.350 Tons Ø 152 mm
• 1.630 Tons Ø 178 mm
• 2.500 Tons Ø 203 mm

Our production structure is equipped with power intensive cooling systems, continuous aging furnaces, advanced blowing
and aspiration systems, Automatic stackers.
Sepal is able to guarantee to his profiles an excellent superficial finishing, hardness uniformity and perfect mechanical characteristics.
Sepal can produce profile with weight from 50 gr/Mt up to 10 Kg/Mt, with the following dimensions:

• open profiles: max 220 mm x 30 mm
• tubular profiles: max 160 mm x 160 mm.

We use the following alloys: 6060, 6082, 6005, 6063.
We are EN ISO 9001:2008 certified.
