leadership of Mr. Bedri Dirlik in 1991 , and his experience
always leads us to never giving up from upgrading our
innovative lines, since it was founded. Our factory has been
continuing its manufacturing activities in industrial kitchen
preparation machines including design and marketing for
both in domestic and abroad with our know-how at ITOB
Organized Industrial Zone in Izmir / TURKEY.
Dirmak has quite widen product range over 100 kinds of
machines in different capacities from 10 liters to 350 liters.
Dirmak is the very first company in Turkey which running
its’ activities in hotel equipment industry with its machine
options.
We are manufacturing our machines by using CNC -
controlled machines by combining stainless steel, chromenickel
steel, imported and domestic components with
its’ motto of producing the highest quality and durable
equipment.
Dirmak’s profession is manufacturing and marketing
planetary mixers, spiral mixers, fork type dough kneaders,
bread slicers, sandwich slicers, potato peelers and dough
sheeter machines.
Our machines address to many sectors hotels, restaurants,
holiday resorts, hospital kitchens, school kitchens, factory
kitchens, military kitchens, bars, bakeries, pastries, fast food
chains, worksite kitchens etc. with high product quality and
ability.
