ALKUMA has been founded in the year 1936 by engineer Heinz Müller and master electrician Wilhelm Müller. Since its foundation, ALKUMA has been involved in the manufacture and sale of fittings and components for high- and low-voltage installations, transformers and generators as well as elements for anodising and electroplating and for line, open line and contact line construction.
After the production facilities on Huyssenallee had been destroyed in the war, activities recommenced on the Krupp grounds in Schederhof after the war. In 1965, ALKUMA moved to its present location in the newly constructed office building with manufacturing hall in the Laubenhof industrial area in Altenessen.
On the basis of its technical competence, ALKUMA played an active part in various standardising bodies in the electrical industry in the fifties and sixties. Now as in the past, quality, reliability and an extremely good cost-benefit ratio are top priorities.
Thanks to modern manufacturing methods, qualified personnel and efficient quality management, we are optimally equipped for the national and international market.

Clina Heiz- und Kühlelemente GmbH is the leading manufacturer of plastic capillary tube mats and was founded in 1994. Since its foundation, Clina has supplied customised capillary tube mats for more than 2000 projects worldwide.

The name Clina stands for Climatisation naturelle, i.e. the natural temperature control (via radiation and convection) of rooms or buildings. From the very beginning, efficient heating and cooling with maximum comfort was at the centre of all our efforts. In order to protect the environment, Clina is working on to help significantly reduce society's primary energy requirements.
