L’entreprise DiaTec SARL de Pforzheim, qui fait partie du groupe Meyco, a été fondée en septembre 2008. Deux nouveaux ateliers de fabrication avec du personnel spécialisé formé ont vu le jour à Pforzheim et Idar-Oberstein pour la fabrication d’outils en diamant, en diamant polycristallin, en nitrure de bore cubique (CBN), en CVD et en métal dur. Les technologies d’érosion, d’usinage au laser, de mesure et de rectification les plus modernes permettent aujourd’hui de produire des outils d’usinage par enlèvement de copeaux de grande qualité.
