We offer straighteners used for numerous profile shapes that work fast and efficiently and are easy to handle. The compressive forces of the machines vary from 100 to 3.000 kN. The machines are available from manual to program-controlled systems.

HYDRAULIC SWIVEL BENDING MACHINES IN FIRST-CLASS QUALITY, THE SBM MACHINES FOR LARGE SHEET THICKNESSES

The swivel bending machines Hochstrate SBM are built in the sizes 1000 mm to 8000 mm and sheet thicknesses from 1 mm to 25 mm. The SBM swivel bending machines are characterized by a very robust and resistant welded construction. The weight can thus be reduced compared to conventional machines. The new design allows an optimization of the flow of forces. In addition, the "dead angle" is avoided when adjusting the bending beam and setting the bending radius and the hydraulic drive can be used optimally.

Stamping and bent parts
We produce stamping and bent parts with a material thickness from 0,05 until 2,5 mm.
We produce our technical springs according to your wishes and specifications. We can handle all customary spring steels constisting of chromium-nickel, copper, bronze, brass, nickel silver, heating element wire and other special materials.
Surface treatmens are processed if desired. Please request your stamping and bent parts in accordance with DIN 6930/ 6935.
