Control Techniques servo products offer high performance combined with maximum flexibility.  The drives can connect to a wide range of motion controllers through I/O or dedicated communication networks such as SERCOS and EtherCAT or alternatively, take control of the automation system through the drives integrated motion controller.
To optimise performance, we segment our servo drives and motors by the duty required for the application.

• Pulse Duty - High dynamic applications requiring hard accelerations and decelerations. Examples are pick-and-place, flying shear and other cut-to-length machines.  These applications are charachterised by high peak (e.g. 300% overload) and moderate RMS torque.
• Continuous Duty - High-precision over an extended duration requiring lower acceleration and deceleration rates. Examples include printing, winding and labelling. These applications are charachterised by moderate peak and high RMS torque.

The servo motor is accurately controlled by a closed-loop control system. The control system first sends a command signal to the servo driver, and the driver compares it with the actual position and speed information fed back by the encoder, calculates the error value, and then applies an internal control algorithm, such as PID algorithm, to calculate the voltage or current value that needs to be applied to the motor according to the error value, and then drives the motor to run through the power amplifier circuit. When the motor is running, the encoder detects the position and speed of its rotor in real time, and feeds it back to the driver. The driver continuously calculates the error and applies the control algorithm, and iterates until the motor reaches the target position or speed, and the error value is small enough.

• Silicon steel sheet stamping adopts high-speed precision progressive die stamping, which completes the three processes of "punching positioning holes, punching notches and blanking" at one time (the groove shape is determined according to the winding design, such as pear-shaped groove and trapezoidal groove). | Groove size tolerance ± 0. 01 mm, coaxiality of positioning hole ≤ 0. 005 mm | High-speed punch (punch times ≥ 1000 times/min), cemented carbide progressive die
• After the silicon steel sheets are sorted and stamped, they are screened by the visual inspection system to eliminate unqualified sheets with out-of-tolerance edge burrs, deformed notches and damaged insulation layers.
• The iron core lamination adopts "positioning pin + press" lamination: silicon steel sheets are aligned through positioning holes, and the press applies a constant pressure of 10-20MPa. After laminating to the design height, they are fixed by argon arc welding or rivets. • The iron core annealed and laminated is sent into a vacuum annealing furnace and kept at 250-300 DEG C for 2-4 hours to eliminate the internal stress generated by stamping and laminating. • Core finish turning CNC lathe finish turning on the inner hole and outer circle of the iron core to ensure the matching accuracy between the inner hole and the casing and the uniformity of the air gap with the rotor.
