Wet-milling technology has been revolutionised by WAB with the development of its horizontal agitator bead mill: It allows very fine particle distributions down to nanometre size to be achieved – with maximum milling efficiency.
With its world famous DYNO®-MILL, WAB is the undisputed specialist in dispersion and wet-milling technology.
Our range of machines has the optimum wet-grinding unit for every type of wet-milling task. We cover the specific needs of the pharmaceutical industry, for example, with special designs. A gyártás, feldolgozás és a hulladék műanyagok gyűjtése során keletkező különböző műanyaghulladékok zúzására és újrafeldolgozására a Neue Herbold egy sor gépet és berendezést kínál, amelyeket kifejezetten (egyedileg) a kéznél lévő feladatra szabtak. Csatlakozás ehhez a magprogramhoz (granulátor, csőmalom, profilmalom, porlasztó, finomcsiszoló berendezés, mosóberendezés, forró mosóberendezés, szárítógép, súrlódástisztító, erősítő mosógép, elválasztó tartály,...) egy speciális gépszerkezet (kalapácsos porlasztó, nyírógép, csavaros daráló, bálaaprító) újrahasznosítható anyagok újrafeldolgozására, mint pl. számítógépes hulladék, szigetelőanyag, szénsavas betonblokk, fahulladék stb.
1995-ben alapították, a vállalat mintegy 70 alkalmazottat foglalkoztat a Sinsheim-Reihen üzemében, akik tapasztalt innovációs csapatot alakítottak ki a fejlesztés, a mérnöki, a gyártás, a menedzsment és az értékesítés területén. A Technológiai Értékesítési Osztály a világ több mint 40 képviselőjével dolgozik.
A pontos, költséghatékony tervezést a csúcstechnológiás gyártás követi, és folyamatosan minőségbiztosítással jár, hogy olyan termékeket állítson elő, amelyek megfelelnek a zúzási technológia legmagasabb követelményeinek.

The family-owned company KNOLL supplies manufacturers and users of machine tools worldwide with conveying, filtering and pumping systems. All industries in which machine tools turn, mill, drill or grind use KNOLL products - for example mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, vehicle construction as well as the aerospace industry and energy technology. Another business unit solves demanding logistics tasks with innovative assembly and transport systems.
With over 1,000 employees, KNOLL is the largest company in the Upper Swabian town of Bad Saulgau. Walter Knoll founded the company in a 200 m² hall in 1970. It has been growing constantly on its own premises since 1974. In the beginning, the built-up area was 900 m², in 2015 it's already covering more than 54,000 m². Due to a high vertical range of manufacture, the added value remains within the company. The connection and responsibility to the structurally weak region are firmly anchored in the company's philosophy.
