A Günther Früchtl-t 1972-ben alapították egy jól ismert garázsban. A Früchtl kezdettől fogva rozsdamentes acél szakértővé vált Németországban, és partnerként rendelkezik a megoldásközpontú alkalmazások terén.
A cég megalakulása után a cég célja gyorsan fejlődött rozsdamentes acéllemezekre és félkész termékekre. 1975-ben Heinrich Bruning hozta a szükséges értékesítési szakértelmet. Később Heinz Hartman és Dagmar Zenna, aki évek óta vezérigazgató lett, csatlakozott a céghez.
