Established in 1993 Lasertec has developed a reputation for flexibility and reliability in the field of laser micro-machining, cutting, drilling , engraving, micro-cavity and surface structure modifications all belong to our core competencies.
Our self-designed equipment combines manufacturing with measuring and quality control in one station to ensure an in-process guarantee of the highest quality. Lastertec combines its (sub-)picosecond lasers with state of the art measurement and control technology. A combination that makes it possible to employ large-scale production processes, that recently, were only possible on a laboratory scale.
Lasertec team
Our team consist of laser specialists, R&D engineers, system designers and marketeers and mechanical engineers with experience in industrial production. We employ our own software engineers to deal with every challenge in the automation or process monitoring.
From Prototyping to full scale Production
Lasertec uses its technical capabilities to push the technology boundaries beyond what is possible. In most cases Lasertec is involved in an early phase when the customer has defined a functional model of the new product. Together with the customer we unroll the serial production in our facility.
Cleanroom facilities
At Lasertec we have a state of the art Class 8 (100.000) cleanroom facility. Part of this cleanroom can be dedicated to manufacturing under Class 7 (10.000) conditions or even up to ISO 6 specifications.
