Remarkable milestones in the company development were 1999 the takeover of the Sulzer Metco heat treatment job shop located in Winterthur/Switzerland, 2006 the opening of a new job shop for heat treatment and brazing in Cracow/Poland and 2007 the takeover of thermal spray and electron beam welding activities of former Crossarc located in Winterthur. Wir schweißen und beeinflussen Konstruktionen in der ganzen Vielfalt der Werkstoffwelt, wie warmfeste Stähle (C 22.8, 13CrMo44, 10CrMo910, P91,...)

• Austenitische Stähle und Duplexstähle ( 1.4571, 1.4462,...)
• Nickelbasislegierungen (2.4602, ..2.
• Nichteisenmetalle (Aluminium, Magnesium, Kupfer, CuCrZr,...)

Wir härten die Randschicht von Stählen mit einem Kohlenstoffgehalt >= 0,3%. Elektronenstrahlhärten mit einer Eindringtiefe in die Oberfläche von 0,3 bis 1,5 mm. Härten von ca. 60 HRC je nach Werkstoff. Wir benötigen keine Abschreckmittel. Die Abschreckung funktioniert durch den Temperaturunterschied zwischen der mit dem Elektronenstrahl beaufschlagten Oberfläche und dem dahinter liegenden Material. Materialien wie
