The history of ATB Austria Antriebstechnik AG dates back more than 90 years. Today, the Group ranks among the leading global suppliers of electric drive systems for industrial applications and home appliances.
The ATB Group product range extends from 25W to 25MW and includes standard solutions, customised solutions and design-to-order solutions including complete drive systems for a wide range of applications.

On September 16th 1961, in the city of Jaraguá do Sul (State of Santa Catarina), an electrician, an administrator and a mechanic combined their knowledge and skills and founded Eletromotores Jaraguá. From the courage of these visionary entrepreneurs the company grew and after some time, the company name changed to WEG, in reference to the initials of the founders. A name that is recognized today as one of the largest manufacturers of electric equipment in the world.
WEG initially produced electric motors, in the 1980s it started to expand its activities, making electrical and electronic parts, products for industrial automation, power and distribution transformers, liquid and powder coatings and electrical insulating varnishes. The company consolidated its position not only as a manufacturer of motors, but also as a supplier of complete industrial electrical systems.

BEN Buchele Elektromotorenwerke GmbH was founded in 1931 by Hans Buchele and until today, the company growed-up to a modern, middle classed, industrial business.
Main production are high quality special motors in grey cast iron construction, in smaller or middle sized quantities, and belonging to a various kind of customers requirements.
Our supply program contents three-phase induction motors with squirrel-cage or slipring-rotors for power up to 1100 kW, refering to the degree of protection, the duty cycle and the speed.
