KAYSER was founded in 1709, when it was set up as a weaving mill specialising in the manufacture of woollen textiles used for tailoring cloth, mainly for the Prussian army.
The KAYSER Group is a world-wide supplier of high-performance filter media, used in low to high temperature ranges in different kind of applications, including membrane solutions.
Our fine-meshed network of KAYSER subsidiaries and partners ensures a local presence for our customers. In close co-operation with our customers, we optimise processes by means of precisely defined product properties in different applications.

Our KAYSER Rotation Membrane Filter (KRM) and Rotary Fine Filter are ecologically oriented solutions with a very good price-performance ratio. Since it was founded in 2005 - as a German sister company of the Dutch Horrichs Apparatenbouw BV and Holland Filter BV - UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has combined the knowledge and experience of these two traditional companies.

The products were originally used for process and waste water treatment, with extensive experience being gained particularly in the food industry.

Especially in this area, it is of great importance that the equipment is made of high-quality, corrosion-resistant materials. The decision to exclusively use stainless steel and other high-quality materials was then quickly made. Within the food industry, UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH has acquired knowledge in the field of production of various apparatuses and internal transport systems.

Of course, these devices are also made of stainless steel. From the food industry we have been able to gain experience in the field of stainless steel industry as well as in other branches of industry.

The UrMaTi Apparatebau GmbH differs from other suppliers by a consistent, customer-oriented tailoring of their products.
