当社は1984年にアントワーヌ・コップによって創立され、翌1985年からピンチバルブの開発と販売が開始されました。1996年には、フランスに独立子会社AKO Innovations S.A.S. が設立されました。製造はドイツとフランスで行っております。
AKO のバルブや金具は、摩擦性の高いまたは繊維質の、または腐食性の高い流体の封止や制御を得意といたしますが、最近ではそれほど取り扱いが難しくない物質でもAKO製品を使って遮断されたり、封止されたり制御されたりすることが増えています。

Entering into cooperative relations with FSO in Warsaw, POLMO Branch in Kożuchów for delivering of oil measuring device packing for Polonez as well as other personal cars.
1985
Developing cooperation with LUMEL in machining of metal silumin casts.
1992
Entering into cooperative relations with branches of ZWR ( Copper Beneficiation Plant) in KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. for deliveries of metal and rubber parts for machines and other instruments.

Starting cooperation with end users, buyers and receivers of rubber mills linings.
