For many years we have been in contact with the term "intelligent building". Unfortunately a small number of investors know what this means in practice.
Only imagine how a wide range of electrical devices we equip our homes:

• heating systems
• drivers, program selectors
• ventilation systems (recuperators)
• air conditioning
• alarm systems
• ICT Network
• electronics
• weather stations
• irrigation systems
• much more dependent on taste of the owner (an aquarium, sauna, etc.)

Even on this basis, you can specify the number of pilots and programmers that will appear in the building. Which is worse, each of those pilots and programmers will require knowledge of the manual.
The situation changes when our building is intelligent. The heart of the whole system is a server that integrates control of all devices into one unit. In the first phase of investment it gives the savings associated with the resignation of many individual drivers to finally obtain the result of simple and comfortable control of our building with a help of a single interface.
