     The company was founded in 2005 and it is headquartered in Shanghai. In 2012, Shanghai Maixu Branch was established,Maiyang Technology Center was established in 2013  . Since its establishment, Maiyang has actively advocated the business philosophy of “we aim to provide professional technical services to create value for customers”. In the industry, it has formed a technical service company with strong technical development capability, professional sales team and service guarantee system.

Since the company was founded on 1 January 2001, this slogan has been synonymous with our comprehensive range of various pumps. The then sole proprietorship ALMATECHNIK Gammenthaler was converted into a public limited company, ALMATECHNIK AG, on 1 January 2011.
