肥料菌、可溶性酵素、酵母菌、ヌクレオチド、腐食菌、酵素、固定化ペニシリンアシラーゼ等の多種多様な細菌を発酵させることができる生物発酵槽。
一般的な発酵槽は固体発酵槽と液体発酵槽に分けられる。発酵槽は容積や用途によって種子槽（種菌発酵槽）と発酵槽に分けられる。発酵槽は酸素要求量の種類によって換気発酵槽と嫌気発酵槽に分けられる。
仕様
1.ステンレス発酵槽の構造は簡単で、基本原理は復雑ではなく、攪拌パドルのエネルギー消費量はスラリー状反応器のエネルギー消費量より低い。
2.ガスによっては方向性循環が発生し、遠心ポンプ式の機械設備は発生しない。流れの形式は確定的で、液体の循環は強力で、中には運動部品がなくて、せん断応力が小さくて、消費エネルギーが非常に均一で、せん断力に敏感な材料は特に重要な意義があります。
ステンレス酵母発酵槽は、従来の発酵槽よりも広い範囲の操作可能な気体及び液体の流量を有する。
4.このステンレス酵母発酵槽は非常に高いガス供給効率を持っていて、ガスライザーの換気はバブリング反応器の風量より大きくすることができて、有酸素反応に有利である。
5、ステンレス発酵槽の流動化効果は優れており、固体粒子であってもよく、重い粒子であっても完全に懸濁状態にとどまっている。
